Dear Valued Client,

At Elite Artificial Grass, our top priority is the health and safety of all the members of our community. With the news around coronavirus (COVID-19) continuing to develop, we want to personally share the steps we are taking to protect all our valued landscaping clients and employees.

We’ve always taken the cleanliness of our offices seriously, and the health and safety of our clients, employees, and overall community has always been our top priority. We know this is more important than ever now. We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the state and local health agencies, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In accordance with guidance from health agencies, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our offices & home work spaces with hospital grade cleaning disinfectants, as well as, sales vehicles & equipment. We are also encouraging our team members to follow health authority best practices, like frequent hand washing, covering their mouth with their elbow if they have to sneeze or cough, and most importantly, staying home if they are feeling ill.

All team members have been provided with face masks, eye goggles, hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes for regular use in the office and out on the field while conducting design consultations and inspections. Additionally, Elite employees are being instructed to keep a safe distance of 6 feet from clients and zero phyiscal contact from clients.

We will continue to monitor information as it develops through the proper authorities and will follow their prevention guidelines to keep our clients and team members safe.
